Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on perfume products unless they meet one of the following conditions:

Damaged Product: If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Package Video Proof: Please make a video of unboxing the package as proof to show the damage, or the return will not be accepted.

Incorrect Product: In the rare instance that you receive an incorrect product, kindly notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return, Replacement, or Refund

Contact Us: Email us at theluxuryparade@gmail.com or call us on +917379443101 within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Provide Details: Include your order number, photos/video of the product, and a brief explanation of the issue.

Approval: Once our team reviews your request, we will notify you of the next steps.

Return: Once approved, the product should be packed and returned to 136/90 Mahewa East, Agriculture University, Allahabad 211007, with the return shipping cost covered by the customer.

Replacement: If the product is eligible for a replacement, the new order will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days.

Refund: In case the product is eligible for a refund, it will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the product is received by The Luxury Parade Team.

Products must be returned in their original packaging.
